- Tech savvy, or willing to learn about POS hardware and software.
- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate / Diploma / Degree in following fields: Business, Marketing and similar fields Computer Science, IT, Networking and similar fields
- Respond to online pre-sales inquiries on Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok and WhatsApps
- Suggest suitable products based on customer business (as our products are inter-related), for both online and walk in customer.
- Demonstrate product feature and explain benefits to walk in customers.
- Follow up with customers on on-going orders.
- Provide after sales technical support and resolve customer issues and enquiries in professional manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding customer need and address their purchase and support need.
- Basic Salary + EPF + SOCSO + EIS + Performance Bonus

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, especially if you have a keen interest in technology.
- Candidate must have at least an SPM level qualification and above.
- Diploma/certificate in cybersecurity/networking/IT or any relevant fields is a plus point.
- Required languages: Mandarin/English/Malay.
- Possess own transport and be willing to travel for work.
- Able to work independently with problem solving skills.
- Self-motivated, fast learner, dedicated and responsible attitude.
- Knowledge of POS system and retail, F&B operation flows is a plus points.
- Basic IT knowledge in software, networking and hardware (eg. device driver installation,printer installation) is a plus point.
- Willing to learn new things to keep up with industry trends.
- Inbound enquiries: Handle incoming calls and messages while maintaining strong sales and customer experience throughout the interaction.
- Showing, demo and explaining features and benefits of POS system to customers, tailored to their business needs.
- Conduct system training for customers on software and hardware.
- Provide prompt technical support to customers and do troubleshooting to resolve customers’ complaints.
- Follow up on potential leads to convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain good relationship with customers and handle customers’ requests and enquiries.
- Utilize social media platforms to generate customer interest and create brand awareness.
- Collaborate with internal team to meet customers’ needs.
- Helping other colleagues with ad-hoc tasks if needed.

- Currently pursuing diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication in Malay, English and Mandarin.
- Interest in e-commerce platforms is a plus point.
- Answer customer enquiries in e-commerce platforms (such as Shopee, Lazada, Tik Tok) or through Whatsapp messages and phone calls.
- Issue invoice to customers.
- Explain, demo and recommend suitable products to walk-in customers.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating them to senior if needed.
- Assist in managing customer feedback and working with the team to improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Assist with receiving incoming stocks, checking for damage, and ensuring that correct qualities are delivered, when needed.
- Assist in monitoring stock levels and updating inventory in the system to ensure accurate inventory counts, when needed.
